Returns: In the cirumstance that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of Manikinn.com goods your first step is to call Manikinn.com or to email Manikinn.com with your concern. You are thened or dama able to post the item via registered post to Manikinn.com with the receipt or/and invoice, unworn and with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase. A store credit or exchange will only take place once Manikinn.com has received the goods using the registered post method. Goods that are soilged will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. Once Manikinn.com have assessed the clothing you will be credited the amount of your purchase in the form of a credit note or exchange with another item. Sale items and discount coded items are non refundable but are exchangeable. However, all goods bought during sales advertised as more than 30% off full price will not be available for Refunds or Exchanges unless goods are deemed by Manikinn as faulty or soiled. Please note: All exchanges and credit notes issued will be the purchase amount minus shipping costs (Shipping is $8.00 per package).
